Solutions Advisor - CX & CCaaS

CXponent is an entrepreneurial IT Sourcing and Deployment Advisor for mid-market companies. We streamline buying decisions and reduce risk so that stakeholders instead spend their time contributing to high-value activities.  Most clients will be between $500M and $2.5B in revenue and will be buying from our Vendor Marketplace of enterprise CX Software, Collaboration, and SASE Services from Gartner, Forrester and G2 ranked global vendors. There will be opportunities to change the trajectory of our clients’ careers through successful project outcomes, and a key measure of success will be building trust, confidence and alignment with our clients and vendors. Success will be paved by reducing friction for organizations that want to make progress but are resource-constrained with capacity (skills and time) or financially.

Solutions Advisor / Broker Responsibilities – Est. 70% of FTE

  • Advise and support clients on their purchases by partnering with our referral partner ecosystem
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects through documenting their requirements to identify potential future vendors
  • Work with appropriate vendors to obtain and validate pricing and solution proposals
  • Present CXponent and vendor product and solution proposals to clients to support their decision-making process
  • Work with the CXponent team to craft deliverables that communicate answers to the client questions, provide insight into key considerations, and succinctly illustrate context around the buying decisions
  • Understand our client’s business needs and objectives, and collaborate on tailoring deliverables, project plans, and our work with the vendors to meet customer needs
  • Relationships and engagements will be primarily VP, Director and Manager level: Our team works with all stakeholders involved in making vendor and product decisions for IT and CX Organizations
  • Identify if the client needs a financial business case that supports our clients’ ability to fund and track the results
  • Work with the team members to build and execute Quarterly and Annual Business Development plans, which will weigh the following categories:
  • Vendor and Partner Channels: Partner with select vendors who align well with our client’s issues and collaborate on Go-to-Market campaigns
  • Digital Marketing Channels: Collaborate with the team and CXponent marketing to improve messaging and engagement strategies that lead to more business
  • Referral Partner Channels: Collaborate and share leads with CXponent referral partners who are selling to the same buyers

Business Development Responsibilities – Est 30%

  • Qualify leads and prospects from MQLs to early-stage opportunities through outbound dialing and e-mail campaigns
  • Leverage the Hubspot CRM and Marketing platform and other software tools in collaboration with the rest of the team
  • Drive client awareness and engagement across channels like LinkedIn and the CXponent newsletter
  • Attend product training and develop an understanding of our product and services
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

Qualifications / Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a mix of the following areas:
  • Experience in SaaS, IT Infrastructure, or related consulting partner and vendor selection
  • Experience in CX and Contact Center Architecture. Example services and technologies are Cloud ACD, IVR, Outbound dialers, integrated digital channels like Chat, e-mail, SMS, Social (CCaaS), Workforce Optimization, AI,
  • RPA, Sentiment Analysis, Advanced and Predictive Routing, integrating existing systems like CRM, Case Management and other digital workflow applications
  • Experience working with 3rd parties and team members to create proposals
  • Excellent listening, writing, and overall communication skills
  • Analytical Capabilities: Experience working with complex finance and data to deliver insights to the appropriate stakeholder
  • A mindset that is empathetic, people-focused, and a willingness to collaborate without needing to be right

Sr. Consultant

Position Summary:

This position answers directly to the Business Development Center Manager (BDC) while resolving various customer sales inquiries, conducting sales or service related marketing campaigns, receiving incoming phone calls and emails, and scheduling appointments. BDC Representative may be assigned duties related to either sales or service.

  • Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer/prospect communications.
  • Work closely with the BDC and Sales Managers to become proficient with overall sales programs, and understanding the details associated with each program.
  • Check e-mail frequently and provide a quality lead response immediately.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Attend product and sales training as requested by the BDC Manager.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work area.

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to type proficiently while speaking with guests on the phone.
  • Exceptional customer service communication skills.
  • Strong phone, email and texting presence is necessary.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug screen testing
