Advisory and consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements between CXponent and the client. Nothing on this Site creates a client relationship or professional engagement.

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. Technology decisions should be made in consultation with qualified advisors based on your specific business requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CXPONENT LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
