The company is expanding products and operations to meet the high demand from enterprise customers to assist with Planning, Selection, and Deployment of software, infrastructure, services that create a better experience for their customers and employees.​

CXponent announced today that its Board of Directors named Sean Kendall as the company’s Vice President of CX and Operations, effective November 1. Kendall is experienced in all facets of managing and growing an organization focused on delivering enterprise technology services, and has been an executive at a number of leading IT services companies that serve CXponent’s customer base, including Netrix, TetraVX, and MIS Computer. As VP of CX and Operations, Kendall’s first priority will be to drive and scale the customer experience for the CXponent B2B vendor marketplace through professional services, processes, and product development.​

Most recently Kendall was Director of Customer Experience at Netrix LLC, a full service VAR and service provider that designs, implements, and supports technology solutions, where he led teams building the customer listening path, embedding experience reliability & innovation, and managing and revering customers as an asset.​
